We caught up with Alice, Sales Executive at Denzel’s, with contributions from her teammate Charlotte, to hear how they’ve transformed their field sales days with Bowimi — and kept those all-important tails wagging.

Who are Denzel's?
Denzel’s is a dog treat brand run by a group of obsessive dog lovers and Denzel; the world’s most spoiled Cocker Spaniel. Their mission? To celebrate the joy we feel when we treat our dogs ridiculously, with premium all-natural dog treats, because let’s face it, they deserve it.

What problem did they have?
As a growing brand working across major retailers like Tesco, Pets at Home, Sainsbury’s, Co-op and Spar as well as independent and hospitality channels, the Denzel’s team needed a reliable way to keep track of their ever-growing list of stockists, prospects, and site visits.
Ultimately, they found themselves in need of a field sales team. Enter Sales Executives, Alice and Charlotte. While the two were both relatively new to field sales, Alice having some experience with Repsly, coming into Denzel’s they needed to stay on top of who they were visiting, when, and what had been agreed.
